Hello! I’m Diana Richardson, a qualified Psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate their mental health journeys. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Kingston University and a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy from Roehampton University in the UK. I have completed additional training in trauma, addiction, women's health and somatic psychotherapy. My ongoing clinical supervision and commitment to yearly professional development deepens my understanding and enhances my ability to support clients effectively.
My integrative approach to psychotherapy is rooted in the belief that the body, mind, and emotions are deeply interconnected. I focus on understanding the relationship between physiological, cognitive, and emotional experiences, recognizing that healing is a holistic process. I tailor my therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual, as I believe there is no "one size fits all" solution in therapy. By collaborating with clients, I strive to create a personalized experience that resonates with their specific circumstances and challenges. I draw from a rich tapestry of modalities, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic and Developmental Psychology, Body-Oriented/Somatic Psychotherapy, and Creative Art Psychotherapy. This diverse toolkit allows me to adapt my approach to best support your journey toward healing and growth.
I am passionate about fostering a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, empowering you to discover your own path to wellness.
