Hello! I am a qualified Psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I trained in Psychology at Kingston University and completed my Master’s in Psychotherapy at Roehampton University in the UK. I have undertaken further specialist training in trauma, addiction, women’s health, somatic psychotherapy, EMDR (EMDRIA), and fertility counselling (BICA, UK).
My approach is relational and humanistic, grounded in the understanding that mind, body, and emotions are deeply interconnected. I work in a responsive and collaborative way, guided by the needs of each person.
I am interested in how past experience continues to shape present life; how you think, feel, relate, and experience yourself in relationships and in your body. In the therapeutic space, we attend closely to how these patterns emerge in thoughts, relationships, and embodied experience.
Sessions provide a steady, reflective space where experience can be explored and understood at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Over time, this process supports not only insight, but also a greater capacity for regulation, integration, and emotional steadiness.
Alongside reflective exploration, I also work with the body and nervous system, integrating both top-down and bottom-up approaches so that understanding is supported by an increasing sense of regulation, safety, and stability within the body.
The therapeutic relationship is central to this work. A consistent experience of safety, attunement, and thoughtful engagement creates the conditions in which meaningful and lasting change can take place.
This approach is suited to those seeking a more integrated way of working with emotional difficulties, including anxiety, trauma, relational patterns, and emotional overwhelm.
