What is psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy offers a confidential and supportive space to explore emotional difficulties, relationship patterns, and the impact of life experiences. Many people seek therapy during times of anxiety, low mood, relational strain, or transition, as well as when they are wanting a deeper understanding of themselves.

At its core, psychotherapy is a relational process that provides a consistent and attuned space in which thoughts, feelings, and experiences can be explored without judgment. Over time, this can support greater self-understanding, emotional clarity, and a capacity for change.
